Lucky Dangle is an entertainment app featuring a collection of interactive digital charms ("dangles") that you can select, pull, release and save as favourites.

Charms in the App are digital designs inspired by traditional, cultural and religious symbols. They are provided purely for fun and enjoyment. Lucky Dangle does not claim, promise or guarantee that any charm brings luck, protection, wealth, health, success or any other real-world outcome, and nothing in the App or on the Site is religious, financial, medical or professional advice.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute or sell the App or its charm artwork.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code, except where the law allows.
• Interfere with the App, its ads or its servers, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The App is free to download and contains ads provided by third-party ad networks. We aren't responsible for third-party products or services advertised in the App.

Features described as "coming soon" — such as creating a dangle from your own photo — are not yet available and may change before release. When a feature that lets you upload content launches, you will be responsible for having the right to use any image you upload, and additional terms may apply.

The App, the Site and all charm designs, artwork, text, logos and software are owned by or licensed to Face Meet Pvt Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. Names of traditional symbols belong to their cultures and are used descriptively.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App and Site.

We may update, add or remove charms and features, or change or discontinue the App, at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last Updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Face Meet Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
