This Privacy Policy explains how Face Meet Pvt Ltd("we", "our", "us") handles information when you use the Lucky Dangle mobile app (the "App") and the website at luckydangles.com (the "Site").

In short:Lucky Dangle is an entertainment app. We collect limited app-activity, performance and device information to run and improve the App and to show ads. We don't sell your data, and data is encrypted in transit.

1. Information We Collect

App activity

How you interact with the App — for example, which collections and charms you open, which charms you select and which you add to My Dangles. This helps us understand which features and charms people enjoy.

App info and performance

Technical information such as crash logs, diagnostics and app performance data, used to find and fix problems.

Device or other identifiers

Identifiers such as an advertising ID, used for analytics, fraud prevention and to show ads in the free App.

Information you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

We do not ask you to create an account, and the App does not request your name, contacts, precise location or payment details.

2. Photos (Upcoming Feature)

A future "make your own dangle" feature will let you choose an image from your device and crop it into a charm. This feature is not yet available. Before it launches we will update this policy to explain exactly how selected images are handled.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain and improve the App and its charms.
  • Understand usage and fix crashes and bugs.
  • Show ads in the free App.
  • Prevent fraud and keep the App secure.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Advertising

The App contains ads. Ads may be served by advertising partners such as Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers to deliver and measure ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Service providers that help us operate the App (for example, analytics, crash reporting and ad serving) process information on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Security

Data the App sends is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect information.

7. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Favourites you save in My Dangles are stored on your device and are removed if you uninstall the App or clear its data.

8. Children

Lucky Dangle is rated 3+ on Google Play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a way that requires parental consent under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at the address below.

10. This Website

The Site uses a strictly necessary language cookie ("lang") to remember your chosen language. Like most websites, our servers record standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above shows when it last changed.
